Prior to joining White & Case in 2022, Eduardo was an associate at a prestigious law firm in Mexico as part of the banking and finance team. His experience also includes the Mexican public sector at the National Banking and Securities Commission specifically in the Financial Authorizations General Office.
Eduardo practice focused in the advisory to local and foreign, financial groups, banking institutions, brokerage firms, clearing houses, SOFIPOs, Fintech companies and payments system participants for the compliance of their ongoing obligations. Mr. Hernandez is highly proficient assisting in the incorporation and acquisition of financial entities.
