Overview
Esme Wong is an associate in our global Employment, Compensation & Benefits group based in London.
Esme advises international and domestic clients on a broad range of employment, compensation and benefits matters for international and domestic clients, including employment and consultancy agreements, terminations, employee disputes and incentive plans.
Before joining White & Case, Esme worked at an international law firm in Australia in the Employment team within the M&A practice group.

Representation of Apax Partners LLP on the employment aspects of its majority acquisition of Pickles Auction, Australia's leading marketplace for vehicles, industrial and salvage assets.*
Representation of Regal Funds Management on the employment aspects of its merger with VGI Partners Limited.*
Representation of Westpac Banking Corporation on the employment aspects of the $900 million (AUD) sale of its life insurance business to TAL Dai-ichi Life Australia Pty Limited.*
Representation of the shareholders of the Icon Group, Australia's largest integrated cancer care provider, on the employment aspects of the $2.45 billion (AUD) sale of the Icon Group to EQT Infrastructure.*
