Josepha is an Associate in the Firm's Antitrust/Competition practice group.

She advises clients on all aspects of German and European antitrust law. She focuses on abuse of dominance and cartel investigations as well as follow-on litigation proceedings. Josepha also advises on complex cross-border merger control and compliance programs.

Prior to joining White & Case, Josepha worked for the German Government. During this time, she was involved in several public law proceedings before the Federal Administrative Court. She started her career as an antitrust lawyer in the Munich office of an international law firm and worked as a trainee for a German law firm in Brussels.
