Representative transactions and experience includes:
- Representation of bank syndicate lenders in their roles as arrangers and bookrunners in connection with the financing of CVC Capital's acquisition of The Quality Group. The financing involved a Term Loan B Facility and a Revolving Credit Facility. The Quality Group is a leading manufacturer of innovative sports performance nutrition products and healthy, low-sugar food alternatives in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
