Samantha is a counsel in the Firm's Employment, Compensation & Benefits practice in Chicago.
Samantha focuses her practice on executive compensation and employee benefits matters, principally in connection with mergers and acquisitions and other corporate transactions. Samantha also advises public and private companies, as well as management teams, on the design, implementation and administration of equity and cash incentive plans and programs. In addition, Samantha regularly works with clients to draft and negotiate various executive compensation arrangements, such as employment, severance, and change in control agreements and other similar arrangements.
Prior to joining White & Case, Samantha worked in the New York office of another global law firm.
