Biography
Sašo Kraner is a partner in White & Case's Global Mergers & Acquisitions Practice and is based in the Firm's New York office. Sašo advises US and international strategic, private equity clients and financial advisors on a broad range of public and private transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, investments, spinoffs, joint ventures and other corporate partnering arrangements.
He also counsels companies on corporate governance matters, shareholder activism, takeover defense, proxy contests and general corporate and securities law matters.
