Biography
Overview
Thomas is an associate in White & Case's Dispute Resolution group based in London, whose practice focuses on international arbitration and cross-border commercial litigation. He represents clients across a broad range of sectors, including technology, energy and financial services. He also has experience of resolving disputes by expert determination.
Prior to joining the Dispute Resolution group, he spent six months working for the firm's Financial Restructuring and Insolvency team in New York.

Acting for a major European energy company in an LCIA arbitration and ICC expert determination concerning a shareholder dispute under a joint venture agreement.
Acting for a luxury hotels and resorts group in an expert determination concerning the scope of a restrictive covenant.
Acting for a European private equity fund in connection with multiple tax covenant claims.
Advising an African network group in connection with claims under service level agreements.
Advising a P2P lending start-up in connection with prospective litigation over consumer credit transactions.
Assisting the defence team representing an individual in criminal charges before the New York Supreme Court (pro bono).
