Tilda Vainio advises clients in the field of corporate and financial transactions, including capital markets transactions, mergers and acquisitions and bank finance transactions.

Prior to joining White & Case in 2025, Tilda worked at a leading Nordic law firm in Helsinki. She was previously an Associate Trainee with the firm.
