White & Case advises managers on IPO and listing on Nasdaq Helsinki of Savox Communications

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Nordea Bank Abp as the sole global coordinator and Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB (publ) Helsinki Branch as joint bookrunner on the initial public offering (IPO) and listing on Nasdaq Helsinki of Savox Communications Plc.

Savox is a Finnish company operating in the critical communications sector. At the offer price, Savox’s market capitalization was approximately €190 million.

The White & Case Team in Helsinki that advised on the transaction was led by partners Mikko Hulkko and Jenni Nygård and included associates Krista Enarvi, Anniina Nuutero and Tilda Vainio.
