Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Revenio Group Corporation (Revenio) on its fully underwritten rights issue of approximately €80 million.
The proceeds will be used to repay the outstanding bridge-to-equity facility put in place to fund Revenio's acquisition of LT International SAS, the parent company of the Visionix International group.
The acquisition expands Revenio's global presence in the eye care market and broadens its product, software and customer offering across ophthalmic diagnostics and vision care solutions.
White & Case previously advised Revenio on its acquisition of Visionix in April 2026.
The White & Case team in Helsinki which advised on the transaction was led by partners Jenni Nygård and Mikko Hulkko and included counsel Tom Killeen and associates Krista Enarvi, Jasmin Piippo, Tilda Vainio and Eva Heinrichs.
