White & Case wins “European TMT Legal Advisor of the Year” at Mergermarket European M&A Awards 2025

Mergermarket has named global law firm White & Case LLP "European TMT Legal Advisor of the Year" at its 2025 European M&A Awards, which honors "the most creative and strategic advisory work on complex deals."

This award recognizes the Firm's work on several deals, including advising London-listed Deliveroo on its £2.9 billion all-cash sale to NYSE-listed DoorDash, Inc. and Dream Games, the developer and publisher of globally renowned mobile games Royal Match and Royal Kingdom, on a strategic investment from CVC.
