Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised IK Partners (IK) on the financing of its acquisition of SELATEK Holding AB (Selatek), a Swedish technical installation platform.
Headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden, Selatek specialises in security, electrical and automation solutions across buildings, infrastructure and industrial environments. Established in 2022, it brings together several local technical service providers under a common structure and operates across more than 30 locations in southern and central Sweden, with over 900 employees serving nearly 6,000 customers.
Under IK’s ownership, Selatek will continue to pursue organic growth in its core disciplines and leverage IK’s experience in strategic cross-border M&A to accelerate its expansion across the Nordics, while driving operational improvements.
The White & Case team which advised on the transaction was led by partner Oscar Liljeson and included associates Erik Holm, Anton Löfdahl and Maja Simonsson.
