"Helen is a recognised a leader in the UK private equity market with strong, established client relationships and a long and successful track record advising on many significant deals," said White & Case partner Thierry Bosly, co-head of the Firm's Global Mergers & Acquisitions Practice and co-head of the Global Private Equity Industry Group. "Her practice has clear synergies with our existing private equity practice in London and globally and we look forward to the contribution Helen will make to the service we provide to our clients."

White & Case partner and Vice Chair Oliver Brettle said: "Our record financial performance in 2024, when revenue exceeded US$3 billion for the first time, was in part driven by a strong private equity market and a standout performance by our Global Private Equity Industry Group. Helen's addition is another example of White & Case building globally to ensure we're best placed to support our clients as they pursue their key business goals. Her arrival continues the expansion of our investment funds and private equity capabilities in EMEA, following the recent addition in London of funds partners Emily Brown, Alex Chauvin and Lavanya Raghavan from Ropes & Gray, and private equity partners Henry Birch in London from Kirkland & Ellis, Giovanni Spedicato in Milan from Latham & Watkins and Sonia Tubiana in Paris from Freshfields."
