Global law Firm White & Case LLP has expanded its Global Mergers & Acquisitions Practice and Global Real Estate Industry Group with the addition of Ian Bevan as a partner in Abu Dhabi.

Ian has significant experience across a broad range of commercial real estate transactions. He has advised on cross-border real estate funds, property financings and joint ventures as well as some of the largest real estate development projects in the Middle East. His experience includes hotel management and franchise arrangements, sales and acquisitions (including sale and leaseback and opco/propco structures), development transactions and mergers and acquisitions in the real estate and hospitality sectors. Ian joins White & Case from A&O Shearman, where he was partner and head of Middle East real estate and hospitality, and brings nearly 25 years of experience.
