Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Adelis Equity Partners (Adelis) on its acquisition of a majority stake in Aderian Group (Aderian).
Adelis is a private equity firm focused on the Nordic mid-market with approximately €2.5 billion in assets under management. Since raising its first fund in 2013, Adelis has been an active investor in the Nordic mid-market, making 37 platform investments and more than 160 add-on acquisitions.
Aderian, a Nordic IT services company comprised of a group of leading IT specialists with over 300 employees who deliver tailored IT solutions to SME customers, is expected to surpass an annual revenue of SEK 1 billion following the transaction. Its ambition is to triple revenues within five years while retaining strong profitability, driven by both organic growth and an active M&A strategy.
