White & Case advises banks on Astor Enerji’s US$250 million accelerated bookbuild

Global law firm White & Case LLP and GKC Partners have advised Citigroup Global Markets Limited and HSBC Bank plc, as joint global coordinators and joint bookrunners, on the placement of 59,750,000 Class B shares in Astor Enerji A.Ş. by Astor Holding A.Ş. to institutional investors outside Türkiye, executed via an accelerated bookbuilding process. 

The shares were sold at TRY 187.50 per share, raising approximately US$250 million.

Türkiye-based Astor Enerji manufactures electrical infrastructure and electromechanical equipment for industrial facilities and electricity generation, transmission and distribution companies.
