White & Case Advises BC Partners and DentalPro on Acquisition of Vitaldent

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised BC Partners and its portfolio company DP Group S.p.A, the holding company of DentalPro, on the acquisition of Vitaldent Italia from JB Capital.

DentalPro, controlled by BC Partners, is a market leader in Italian dental clinics. Following the acquisition of Vitaldent, DentalPro will become the seventh largest private healthcare provider in Italy, with 260 centers in 14 regions and approximately 2,000 employees, including 1,500 dentists and hygienists.

Vitaldent is a corporate group involved in the development and management of dental clinics bearing the Vitaldent trademark, consisting of approximately 80 dental clinics throughout Italy.
