Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised BFF Bank S.p.A. on the tender offers on its €200 million 2.00% notes due 2022, of which €197.5 million remain outstanding, and its €300 million 1.750% senior preferred notes due 2023, for a total value of approximately €416 million.
Citigroup Global Markets Limited and Morgan Stanley & Co. International plc acted as dealer managers for the tender offers.
