White & Case advises CYDSA on MXN 2.74 billion bond offerings

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised CYDSA, S.A.B. de C.V. (CYDSA), a leading Mexican chemical and salt producer, as issuer, on the third and fourth offering of long-term bonds (certificados bursátiles) under CYDSA's existing issuance program, for an aggregate amount of MXN 2.74 billion.

The third offering was for approximately MXN 1.74 billion with a maturity of approximately three years, at a risk-free floating interest rate (TIIE de Fondeo) plus a spread of 1.25 percent; and the fourth offering was for approximately MXN 1.00 billion with a maturity of approximately seven years, at a risk-free floating interest rate (TIIE de Fondeo) plus a spread of 1.75 percent.
