White & Case advises on DP World’s issuance of €750 million green notes and US$750 million notes

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised a consortium of banks as Joint Lead Managers on the issuance by DP World Limited of €750 million Green Notes due 2032 and US$750 million Notes due 2036 under its US$10 billion Global Medium Term Note Programme.

The green notes were issued to finance or refinance eligible projects under DP World’s Sustainable Finance Framework, while the US dollar notes were issued for general corporate purposes. Both tranches were listed on the London Stock Exchange’s International Securities Market and Nasdaq Dubai.
Citigroup Global Markets Limited, Barclays Bank PLC, Deutsche Bank Aktiengesellschaft, Emirates NBD Capital PJSC, First Abu Dhabi Bank PJSC, HSBC Bank plc, Société Générale S.A., Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank PJSC, J.P. Morgan Securities plc, Mashreqbank PSC and Standard Chartered Bank acted as Joint Lead Managers.
