White & Case advises Eintracht Frankfurt on strategic partnership with Löwen Frankfurt

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Eintracht Frankfurt Fußball on its strategic partnership with Löwen Frankfurt, including Eintracht Frankfurt's minority shareholding in Löwen.

Under the long-term cooperation agreement, Eintracht Frankfurt will assume central commercial functions for Löwen Frankfurt, a professional ice hockey club competing in the PENNY DEL league. The partnership aims to further professionalize and strengthen Löwen Frankfurt's commercial core processes and to contribute to the sustainable development of the professional sports ecosystem in Frankfurt.

As part of the broader collaboration, Löwen Frankfurt will leverage Eintracht Frankfurt's technology for data-driven club management and the digital solutions provided by its subsidiary stackwork to create closer digital engagement with fans and partners.
