Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised the joint bookrunners on Eni's US$3 billion fixed rate Yankee bond issuance, consisting of a US$1.5 billion 5.250% notes due 2036 and a US$1.5 billion 6.000% notes due 2056, issued pursuant to Rule 144A and Regulation S under the US Securities Act.
Barclays Capital, BofA Securities, Citigroup Global Markets, Goldman Sachs International, HSBC Securities (USA), Intesa Sanpaolo IMI Securities Corp., J.P. Morgan Securities, Morgan Stanley & Co., MUFG Securities Americas Inc., Santander US Capital Markets, SMBC Nikko Securities America and Wells Fargo Securities acted as joint bookrunners.
