Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised the Joint Global Coordinators and Joint Bookrunners on the €200 million initial public offering (IPO) by GP Bullhound Acquisition I SE on Euronext Amsterdam.
Luxembourg-based GP Bullhound Acquisition I is a special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) sponsored by GP Bullhound, a leading technology advisory and investment firm. It aims to acquire a technology company focused on the software, digital media, digital commerce, fintech and digital services sub-sectors.
White & Case is the top law firm for European-listed SPAC IPOs by deal count and value since the start of January 2021, according to data from Dealogic, advising on 16 SPAC IPOs listed on five European stock exchanges with an aggregate value of more than US$4 billion.
