White & Case advises Howard Energy Partners on buyout of Midship Pipeline membership interests

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Howard Energy Partners on its acquisition of membership interests in the Midship Pipeline (Midship). This transaction increases Howard's ownership of Midship, the 200-mile FERC-regulated natural gas transmission line in Oklahoma, to 100 percent, reinforcing the company's position in one of the most active natural gas producing regions in the nation.

The White & Case team was led by partners Josh Teahen, Neil Clausen (both in Houston) and George Fatula (Washington, DC), and included associates Garrett Korbitz and Kealan Hannes (both in Houston).
