
White & Case advises initial purchasers on EZCORP, Inc.’s US$300 million notes offering

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised a group of leading financial institutions, as initial purchasers, on EZCORP, Inc.'s US$300 million offering of its 7.375% senior notes due 2032.
The proceeds from the offering were used to repay EZCORP, Inc.'s outstanding 2.375% convertible senior notes due 2025 at maturity, and the remainder will be used for general corporate purposes.
EZCORP, Inc. is a leading provider of pawn services in the United States and Latin America.
