White & Case advises Israel on US$8 billion SEC-registered bond offering

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised the State of Israel on its largest ever international bond offering.

The US$8 billion SEC-registered offering comprised US$2 billion 5.375% bonds due 2029, US$3 billion 5.500% bonds due 2034 and US$3 billion 5.750% bonds due 2054.

The transaction completed on March 12, 2024 and BNP Paribas, BofA Securities, Deutsche Bank and Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC acted as Joint Book-Running Managers.

The White & Case team in London that advised on the transaction included partner Ian Clark, counsel Doron Loewinger and Bree Peterson and associate Shushi Hovannisian.
