White & Case advises joint bookrunners on PKO Bank Polski’s €500 million green notes issuance

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised the joint bookrunners on the issuance by PKO Bank Polski S.A (PKO Bank Polski) of €500 million 3.625% senior non-preferred green notes due November 20, 2032.
Société Générale acted as global coordinator, and the joint bookrunners included BofA Securities Europe SA, Erste Group Bank AG, Nomura Financial Products Europe GmbH, Powszechna Kasa Oszczędności Bank Polski S.A. and Société Générale.
The notes, issued under PKO Bank Polski's €8 billion Euro Medium Term Note (EMTN) Programme, have been listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange and will also be listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. An amount equal to the net proceeds from the issuance will be allocated to financing the eligible assets portfolio under PKO Bank Polski Group's Green Bond Framework.
White & Case has advised the joint bookrunners on all seven euro-denominated notes issued under PKO Bank Polski's EMTN Programme.
