
White & Case advises joint lead managers on mBank’s €400 million Tier 2 subordinated notes issuance

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised the joint lead managers on mBank S.A.'s issuance of €400 million Tier 2 subordinated notes.
The transaction is the first euro-denominated Tier 2 bond by a Polish bank on the international markets and the largest euro Tier 2 transaction from the Central & Eastern Europe region in the past five years.
The ten-year notes, maturing on September 25, 2035, were issued under mBank's €3 billion Euro Medium Term Note (EMTN) Programme and are listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.
The consortium of financial institutions acting as joint lead managers included Commerzbank Aktiengesellschaft, Erste Group Bank AG, Goldman Sachs Bank Europe SE, Morgan Stanley Europe SE and UBS Europe SE.
