White & Case advises joint lead managers on mBank’s €500 million senior non-preferred green notes issuance

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised the joint lead managers on the issuance by mBank S.A. of €500 million senior non-preferred green notes bearing interest at 3.7714 percent per annum and maturing in 2032.

The notes were issued under mBank's €5 billion Euro Medium Term Note (EMTN) Programme and are listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.

The consortium of financial institutions acting as joint lead managers included Commerzbank, Banco Santander, S.A., BNP PARIBAS, Citigroup Global Markets Europe AG and J.P. Morgan SE.

In addition to advising on the issuance, White & Case advised the joint lead managers on updating mBank S.A.'s EMTN Programme.
