Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised JTC plc, a Jersey-based FSTE 250 global professional services business with expertise in fund, corporate and private client services, on its equity placing.
"This deal demonstrates our expertise advising UK listed companies on material transactions," said White & Case partner Philip Broke, who led the Firm's deal team. "It is JTC's first equity placing since it listed on the London Stock Exchange in 2018 and will allow the company to progress to the next stage of its growth trajectory."
The placing was conducted through an accelerated bookbuilding process, run by Numis Securities Limited and Joh. Berenberg, Gossler & Co. KG, and attracted take-up from investors in various jurisdictions including the US and Canada.
The White & Case team which advised on the transaction was led by partner Philip Broke (London) and included partner Mikko Hulkko (Helsinki), counsel Doron Loewinger (London) and associates Edwina Daws (London), Ben Tuiukula and Thomas Killeen (both Helsinki).
