Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Legora on its acquisition of Graceview, a regulatory intelligence platform that delivers real-time, tailored legal and regulatory updates to in-house legal, compliance and risk teams.

"This transaction brings together two highly complementary platforms and reflects the growing importance of real-time regulatory intelligence" said White & Case partner Jamie Palmer, who led the Firm's deal team.

Through the acquisition, Legora will integrate Graceview's AI-driven regulatory monitoring and horizon-scanning capabilities into its existing platform, enabling users to access consolidated, real-time insights on legal and regulatory developments across multiple jurisdictions. The combined solution is expected to help legal, compliance and risk professionals better anticipate regulatory change, streamline internal processes and reduce the cost and complexity of managing regulatory risk.

"This acquisition will strengthen Legora's technology offering and enhance the AI tools available to legal and compliance teams navigating complex regulatory change," added White & Case partner Daniel Turgel, co-head of the Firm's Global Technology Industry Group.

Legora is a technology-led platform focused on delivering real-time legal and regulatory intelligence to in-house teams and their external advisers, helping them manage regulatory change and risk more effectively. Graceview provides configurable, real-time regulatory tracking and analysis, allowing users to monitor developments, assess impact and coordinate responses across global regulatory regimes.

The White & Case team which advised on the transaction was led by partners Jamie Palmer (Sydney) Daniel Turgel and Angus Nunn (both London) and included partner Nicholas Boyle and associates Javed Ali and Edward Lee (all Sydney).
