White & Case advises Nova on €128 million tender offer for DeA Capital’s ordinary shares

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Nova S.r.l., a company entirely controlled by De Agostini S.p.A., on the voluntary tender offer for all the ordinary shares of DeA Capital S.p.A. for a total value of approximately €128 million.
DeA Capital is a leading Italian independent alternative asset management platform controlled and managed by De Agostini. The takeover bid will result in the delisting of DeA Capital, which is currently listed on the Euronext STAR Milan segment of the Euronext Milan of Borsa Italiana.
