Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised the credit division of Pacific Equity Partners (PEP Credit) on the provision of A$175 million of debt facilities to Corporate Travel Management Limited (CTM).
White & Case partner, Will Stawell, who led the Firm's deal team, said: "This was a bespoke financing transaction, which involved negotiations with a number of CTM's critical stakeholders and drew on the expertise of a number of our local and global teams, demonstrating White & Case's strength as a trusted adviser to lenders on complex financings."
