White & Case Advises Softbank Vision Fund II on investment in Claroty

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised SoftBank Vision Fund II as the lead investor in the Series E financing round of Claroty Ltd., an industrial cybersecurity company.

"Claroty is now one of the best funded cybersecurity companies and this partnership with Softbank will help them continue to drive forward the sector, including through the exciting Medigate acquisition" said White & Case partner and co-head of the Firm's Global Technology Industry Group Dan Turgel, who led the Firm's deal team.

Claroty is an industrial cybersecurity company that empowers organizations to secure cyber-physical systems across the Extended Internet of Things, including industrial, healthcare and enterprise environments. The company's unified platform integrates with customers' existing infrastructure to provide a full range of controls for visibility, risk and vulnerability management, threat detection and secure remote access.

The White & Case team in London which advised on the transaction was led by partner Daniel Turgel, with support from partners Monica Holden and Marc Israel and associates Helen Pantelides, Irina Kozlova, Francis Brown and Luc Rosenberg.
