White & Case Advises Underwriters on Storskogen Group's SEK 13.4 Billion IPO and Listing on Nasdaq Stockholm

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Carnegie Investment Bank AB, Goldman Sachs Bank Europe SE and J.P. Morgan AG as joint global coordinators, and BNP PARIBAS, Danske Bank A/S, Danmark, Sverige Filial, DNB Markets, part of DNB Bank ASA, Sweden Branch, Nordea Bank Abp, filial i Sverige, Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB and Swedbank AB as joint bookrunners, on the SEK 13.4 billion initial public offering (IPO) and listing on Nasdaq Stockholm of Storskogen Group AB (Storskogen).

The IPO will increase to SEK 15.4 billion if the overallotment option is exercised in full and trading in Storskogen's B-shares on Nasdaq Stockholm commenced on 6 October 2021. The offering was substantially over-subscribed and Storskogen's market capitalization, based on the offering price of SEK 38.5 per share, is approximately SEK 56.4 billion.

Founded in 2012, Storskogen acquires and manages small and medium-sized businesses in industry, trade and services in the Nordic countries, Germany, Austria, Switzerland and the UK. At the end of the first half of 2021, Storskogen consisted of around 100 business units with approximately 7,000 employees and annual turnover of nearly SEK 19 billion.
