

Biography
Alex Konstantynovski is an associate in the Firm's Financial Restructuring and Insolvency practice in New York. His practice is focused on financial restructuring matters, including the representation of debtors, secured and unsecured creditors, and other interested parties in Chapter 11 proceedings and out-of-court restructurings.
Alex received his LLM from Fordham University School of Law, where he earned the Actum Foundation Prize awarded for distinguished work in the Banking, Corporate, and Finance Law program. While at Fordham, Alex served as an extern to the Honorable Elizabeth S. Stong, United States Bankruptcy Judge for the Eastern District of New York. Alex obtained his first law degree in Ukraine, where he was a law clerk to a chief district judge.
Prior to joining White & Case, Alex served as a law clerk to the Honorable Nancy Hershey Lord and the Honorable Jil Mazer-Marino, United States Bankruptcy Judges for the Eastern District of New York.
