Biography
Overview
Arvine Nooralian is an associate in our Global Corporate and Private Equity practice in Luxembourg.
He advises on all aspects of general corporate law, domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, leveraged buyouts, joint ventures, management incentive programs and venture capital transactions.
His experience also includes advising corporations on IPOs, SPACs, de-SPACs as well as on their capital markets matters.
Prior to joining White & Case, Arvine practiced five years in the corporate M&A department of a magic circle law firm in Luxembourg.
