White & Case advises Broadridge on strategic investment in HQLAX

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised global fintech leader Broadridge Financial Solutions, Inc. (Broadridge) on its strategic minority investment in HQLAX, a leading provider of digital collateral mobility solutions, as part of HQLAX’s Series C-1 funding round.
