Avi Tessone is an associate in the New York office. He is a member of the Technology Transactions Practice, within the Firm's Global M&A Practice Group and Global IP Group. Avi focuses on transactional matters involving the development, acquisition, transfer, and licensing of intellectual property and information technology in a wide range of industries.
Avi earned his J.D. from Fordham Law School, where he served as Vice President of the Fordham IP Law Society. During law school, he worked as an extern for the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of New York, Civil Division, and the New York County Supreme Court. Prior to law school, Avi attained a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from the City University of New York: Brooklyn College.
Avi is also a member of the New York City Bar Association's Middle Eastern & North African Affairs Committee.
