Bob Lehner is an associate in the Firm's Capital Markets group in London. Bob's capital markets experience includes advising companies and investment banks on both equity and debt offerings and ongoing reporting obligations, including initial public offerings, secondary offerings, accelerated bookbuild offerings, Yankee bonds and SEC-registered shelf offerings.
Bob joined White & Case in 2015 from a magic circle firm in London.
Represented Kaupthing ehf. as selling shareholder and Arion Banki hf. (Arion Bank) as issuer in connection with the ISK 33,938 million (approx. US$319 million) initial public offering of Arion Bank and listing of its ordinary shares on NASDAQ Iceland and Swedish depository receipts representing its ordinary shares on NASDAQ Stockholm.
Represented Energean Oil & Gas plc in connection with its £330 million IPO on the London Stock Exchange.
Represented the initial purchasers in connection with the €1.571 billion notes issuance by Superstrada Pedemontana Veneta S.p.A. to fund the construction of a toll road in the Veneto region of Italy.
Represented IQE plc in connection with its £95 million placing.
Represented Numis Securities and Cowen and Company in connection with the £80 million placing by Horizon Discovery plc to finance its acquisition of GE Healthcare Dharmacon, Inc.
Represented Alfa Financial Software Holdings PLC in connection with its £254 million IPO on the London Stock Exchange.
Advised Kaupthing ehf (Kaupthing) on the US$448.2 million (approx. ISK49 billion) private placement of 582,922,113 ordinary shares in Arion Bank hf. by Kaupskil ehf., a subsidiary of Kaupthing, to Goldman Sachs International (through a wholly owned subsidiary) and funds managed by Attestor Capital, Och-Ziff Capital Management Group and Taconic Capital Advisors.
Advised Parques Reunidos Servicios Centrales, S.A., in connection with its €525 million initial public offering and listing on the Spanish Stock Exchanges.
Advised J.P. Morgan Cazenove and Morgan Stanley, as bookrunners, on the £159 million sale of 60,000,000 ordinary shares of Sophos Group plc through an accelerated bookbuild to institutional investors.
