Bob's capital markets experience includes advising companies and investment banks on both equity and debt offerings and ongoing reporting obligations, including initial public offerings, secondary offerings, accelerated bookbuild offerings, Yankee bonds and SEC-registered shelf offerings.
Bob joined White & Case in 2015 from a magic circle firm in London.
Represented the joint Bookrunners on the £201 million rights issue of Mitie Group plc, to fund in part the acquisition of Interserve Facilities Management.
Represented the underwriters on the firm placing and placing and open offer by De La Rue plc and the placings by SSP Group plc and DFS Furniture plc.
Represented the Joint Lead Managers on the issuance by ASG Finance Designated Activity Company (guaranteed by Avia Solutions Group Plc) of U.S.$300,000,000 7.875% Guaranteed Notes due 2024.
Represented the African Export Import Bank on the update of its U.S.$5,000,000,000 Global Medium Term Note Programme and its subsequent debut Rule 144A issuance of U.S.$750,000,000 3.994% Notes due 2029.
