Dan is an associate in the White & Case's Data, Privacy & Cybersecurity practice based in London. He advises a range of high-profile clients in the UK, EU and US on all aspects of UK and EU data protection laws, including (among others) the EU GDPR, the UK GDPR, and implementation of the NIS 2 Directive.
