Consortium investment in Virgin Mobile (2014)
Guy led the team advising the consortium of The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, International Finance Corporation, Delta Partners and Mobile Capital LLC on their acquisition a 33% stake in Virgin Mobile Central and Eastern Europe, the UK-based mobile virtual network operator.

Henderson Group Plc real estate joint venture (2013)
He advised Henderson Group Plc on its real estate joint venture with TIAA-CREF to manage £13 billion worth of real estate assets.

Genpact on a transatlantic acquisition (2014)
Guy led the team which advised Genpact Limited on its US$126 million acquisition of Pharmalink Consulting Limited, the UK-based company that provides outsourced healthcare regulatory affairs and compliance services.

Award winning Clinigen IPO (2012)
Guy was part of the team that advised Numis in connection with the IPO of Clinigen plc.  At the time, the deal was the first UK healthcare company to do a London listing in 5 years and was awarded IPO of the Year at the 2013 M&A Awards.

Northumbrian Water's £4.7 billion sale (2011)
Guy advised Northumbrian Water on its £4.7 billion sale to Cheung Kong Infrastructure Holdings Limited, the listed Hong Kong based infrastructure group.
