Overview

Inigo Esteve is a partner in White & Case's Capital Markets group in London. He focuses on all types of equity capital market transactions, primarily on IPOs (including SPACs) and secondary offerings on the London Stock Exchange as well as on other stock exchanges across the EMEA region. As well as advising issuers and their shareholders, Inigo has strong investment banking relationships, developed over many years in the sector. Inigo is regularly recommended by publications such as Chambers UK and The Legal 500 UK. Most recently he was ranked as a Leading Individual for ECM in Legal 500 UK.
