Lucy Wootton is an associate in our global Employment, Compensation & Benefits (ECB) group based in London.
Lucy works with the team to provide advice to international and domestic clients on employment, compensation and benefits issues including employment and consultancy agreements, board appointments, terminations, employee disputes, and employee incentive plans.
Experience
Advising Smiths Group plc (Smiths), the UK-based industrial technology company and a member of the FTSE 100, on the proposed sale of its Smiths Interconnect division to Molex Electronic Technologies Holdings, LLC (Molex), a Koch company, for an enterprise value of £1.3 billion.
Advising Triton on the sale of Ramudden Global to I Squared Capital, a leading independent global infrastructure investor.
Advising Ashtead Technology Holdings plc (Ashtead Technology) on its move-up from AIM to a listing in the Equity Shares (Commercial Companies) Category of the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and admission to trading on the main market for listed securities on the London Stock Exchange.
Advising La Caisse (formerly CDPQ) on its minority investment alongside Oakley to acquire Global Loan Agency Services (GLAS), a provider of loan agency and bond trustee services.
