White & Case advises Triton Partners on the agreed sale of OCU Group

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Triton Partners on its agreement to sell OCU Group, a leading energy transformation and critical infrastructure services platform, to funds managed by TDR Capital.

The transaction builds on White & Case's longstanding support for Triton Partners and OCU Group. The Firm previously advised on Triton's acquisition of OCU Group in 2022, as well as the refinancing of OCU Group's existing unitranche and super senior revolving facilities in 2024.

OCU Group is an infrastructure services provider supporting the development, delivery and maintenance of critical energy and infrastructure assets. The Group operates across regulated and non-regulated markets, including power transmission and distribution, renewable generation and energy storage, water and environmental services, and digital infrastructure.
