Biography
Mónica focuses her legal practice on Financial Services, Capital Markets, and Data Privacy. She advises local and international clients on complex regulatory, transactional, and compliance matters.
Mónica began her legal career at White & Case in 2022 and rejoined the firm in 2025 after completing a Master of Law and Business (LLM) at Bucerius Law School in cooperation with WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management in Germany, an interdisciplinary program combining legal and business education.
