Overview
Sam Kaye is an associate in our global Real Estate industry group based in London.
Sam is experienced in advising both lenders and borrowers on range of financing transactions across a broad group of real estate asset classes. He has acted on a variety of real estate acquisition, investment and development financings.
Prior to joining White & Case, Sam worked at another global law firm based in their London office.
Experience
Representation of a major global bank J.P. Morgan on its c. £227m senior and mezzanine inventory financing of a luxury residential development in West London.
Representation of KSL Capital Partners LLP in connection with the mezzanine financing of a portfolio of European hospitality assets owned by premium operator, EDYN.
Representation of a London based data centre operator in relation to development financing of two sites in the UK.
