Biography
Sarah Fleury is a partner of the Global Real Estate Industry Group in White & Case in Paris.
She is an experienced real estate M&A lawyer who advises multinational clients on both cross-border and domestic transactions, including the structuring, acquisition and disposal of portfolios of assets and companies holding real estate assets, and real estate joint ventures in all asset classes – hospitality and leisure, offices, logistics, serviced residence, senior housing, student housing, clinics, life sciences and data centers. She also advises clients on commercial lease agreements, asset management and construction matters, and the issues that can arise from these situations.
Sarah serves as a Global Gouverning Trustee of ULI Europe (Urban Land Institute). She is also a member of France Biotech's Propscience working group, set up at the request of the French government.
Sarah joined the Firm in January 2026 from an international law firm in Paris, where she was a partner in the Real Estate practice.
