White & Case Advises Aéroport Côte d'Azur on Bond Issuance

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Aéroports de la Côte d'Azur on its dual tranche issuance of €40 million 2.000% notes due 2033 and €50 million 2.500% notes due 2036.

The notes have been offered and sold pursuant to Regulation S under the US Securities Act and will be listed on the Euro MTF market of the Irish Stock Exchange.

The Aéroport Côte d'Azur Group operates three airports: Nice Côte d'Azur Airport, Cannes Mandelieu Airport and the Gulf of Saint-Tropez Airport. Its infrastructure, network and organization have supported the economic activity of the French Riviera for more than 60 years.
