White & Case advises Banca Monte dei Paschi di Siena on €2.5 billion rights issue

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Banca Monte dei Paschi di Siena S.p.A. on the U.S. law aspects of its €2.5 billion rights issue pursuant to Regulation S and Rule 144A under the U.S. Securities Act.

The pool of banks included Bank of America Securities, Citigroup, Credit Suisse and Mediobanca as Joint Global Coordinators and Banco Santander S.A., Barclays, Société Générale and Keefe Bruyette & Woods as Joint Bookrunners.
